Fishcake provides web3 solutions for token incentive marketing. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

You may need to create an account, or connect your wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Fishcake owns all intellectual property rights in the app. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our content without permission.

Fishcake provides the app/dApp "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the app/dApp will be free from errors or interruptions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Event runners on the Fishcake ecosystem are responsible for manually finishing events to reclaim unused tokens and earn mining rewards. Users must fully understand the terms before buying or investing in our native token, Fishcake Coin (FCC).

The redemption pool design guarantees a minimum floor price for FCC and offers holders a share of platform success. USDT from direct sales, investor sales, and NFT sales replenishes the pool, please be aware of the pool lock period. The actual USDT withdraw amount may less than your calculation, refers to smart contract code before burning FCC.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Users participate in campaigns and invest in FCC at their own risk. Fishcake is not responsible for any financial losses or failure to achieve anticipated results. Users are encouraged to thoroughly research and understand the web3 environment and tokenomics of FCC before engaging.

Fishcake reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
